Happy Feet Academy of Dance provides professional, quality dance instruction for children, young adults and adults. A variety of classes are offered to meet each dancers needs. We take great pride in our unique style of dance, training techniques, and implementing each dancer with strong core values. We recognize each dancer as an individual and focus on improving their natural talents and abilities in a fun, encouraging and supportive atmosphere. The S.A.D.T.A curriculum is followed which provides each student with a very good technical grounding and gives each dancer the best opportunity to achieve. Classes are run to help build self esteem, learn about the art of dance, and most of all for FUN!

Happy Feet Academy of Dance specializes in smaller class which provides students with more personal attention and hands on instruction. This allows each dancer to learn, grow, and excel in class. We have a yearly recital in November which each dancer has the opportunity to participate.

Happy Feet Academy of Dance is owned and under the direction of Angela Ferguson. She has been dancing since the age of two, dancing is her passion! She has qualified with the South African Dance Teachers Association (S.A.D.T.A) and has competed in the World Championships as a representative of South Africa 5 times, at one stage holding the overall ranking of 18th in the world. She has studied and assisted dance under the direction of some of todays biggest names in the South African dance industry and continues her education by attending workshops and accredited training seminars. Angela is devoted to providing a fun, learning environment in which students can obtain a love for dance.

Happy Feet Academy of Dance associates itself with a non profit organization, Revelation - Dance for a cure. This organization focuses on raising the awareness of cervical cancer as well as raising funds through the form of dance for research towards finding a cure.
